investigators are on the scene. they say so far what they have been able to tell us is that there were cell phones stolen. they are trying to track it. the criminals disabled the tracking system on the cellphone. there were almost on their heels. at this point you have investigators on the scene tried to collect evidence. there is a knife int the planter box. that is part of evidence. investigators do not know how they got in. it is unclear if they were let in are brought in. fortunately no one was hurt. there are a lot of shaken nerves early this morning. >> did you happen to say how many people were involved in the break-in? >> they have not giving us

alto area. we do still have the right lane closed until 6:00 a.m.. >> this morning, san francisco police have released surveillance video of the man accused of robbing a woman in the tenderloin area then killing her dog. for this video shows a suspect who police believe rabin woman and killed her dog. a 12 year old pekingnese named roxie. the woman pulled her car over on at leavenworth street and the tenderloin area when a man came up to her and demanded money. after she gave the man her money, the mugger grabbed little roxie and threw her into oncoming traffic. the woman believes that the man killed her dog because she did not have enough money to give him. an account has been set up for people who
